Frequently asked questions

The terms we work under, in writing. If what you need isn't here, an advisor will confirm it for you.

Do you sell to individuals or only to companies?

We sell to both companies and individuals.

To issue the invoice you will be asked for the company tax ID (RNC) if the purchase is under a company name, or your national ID if it is personal. The advisor requests this when closing the order — it is not needed beforehand.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout the Dominican Republic.

If you can wait for our regular routes, delivery is arranged that way. If you need it urgently, we assess alternative transport depending on the destination, and in that case freight is covered by the customer.

Your advisor confirms the route and cost when quoting, since both depend on the destination and order size.

Do you export outside the Dominican Republic?

We do not currently offer export services: we operate within the Dominican Republic.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, bank transfer, and debit or credit card.

Do you offer credit to companies?

Yes. Once the complete documentation is received, the evaluation period is up to five business days.

To start an application, contact an advisor: they will tell you exactly which documents your company needs to submit.

How long does delivery take?

We don't quote a fixed lead time because it depends on four things: item availability, which branch holds it, your location, and the size of the order. For imported items, the supplier and transit time also apply.

That is why the lead time is confirmed with each quote, for your specific case. The online catalog shows whether an item has registered availability, which is the fastest scenario.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within seven business days, provided the part is in perfect condition.

The advisor who assisted you will explain the procedure.

Do products come with a warranty?

Warranty terms and periods depend on the product and the manufacturer.

What matters: the claim is handled through us. You deal with nothing directly with the manufacturer — Rodacaribe files the claim and follows up throughout the process.

To open a case, have the invoice or order number, the part code, the equipment and application it was installed in, the service hours or mileage, and what failed.

How quickly does an advisor reply?

Within business hours — Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 — an advisor replies the same business day.

If you write outside those hours, your request is logged and attended first thing the next business day.
