Services
What we do with our own hands
The product is half the job. These are the services we carry out, not the ones we advertise: our own crews, at the customer's plant, on the equipment as it actually is.
On-site service
Work carried out at the customer's facilities, on conveyor belts and material handling systems.
- 01
Belt vulcanising
Hot and cold splicing carried out at the customer's plant. The splice is the weakest point of the belt and sets both its working capacity and the risk of an unplanned stoppage.
When to callWhen the belt opens at the joint, when fine material sifts through the splice, or when maximum splice life is the goal.
- 02
Conveyor belt repair
Work on localised damage — cuts, tears, lifted cover — to extend belt life without replacing the whole belt.
When to callWhen the damage sits in one specific area and the belt keeps its structure along the rest of the run.
- 03
Roller lagging
Lagging that restores the drive pulley's friction coefficient and extends roller life against abrasion and adhered material.
When to callWhen the pulley slips, when the previous lagging is worn, or when build-up is mistracking the belt.
- 04
Conveyor work
Work on the complete system: belt tracking, replacement of wear components and start-up with baseline readings taken.
When to callWhen the belt runs off at the same point every time, when there is spillage, or when the conveyor enters a planned shutdown.
- 05
Teletracker installation
Installation of the automatic belt tracking system, which corrects deviation continuously instead of waiting for the inspection walk.
When to callOn long conveyors, with off-centre loading, or in operations where spillage carries a cleaning and material cost.
How an on-site job runs
- 01
Survey
We collect the conveyor or equipment data: belt width and type, working tension, material conveyed, splice condition and access conditions.
- 02
Proposal
Scope, materials, crew and estimated intervention time, in writing. If a different solution fits better than the one requested, we say so first.
- 03
Scheduling
The visit is coordinated with the customer's planned shutdown. Conveyor work requires lockout, tagout and zero-energy verification.
- 04
Execution and handover
The work is carried out and handed over with notes on what we found: seized idlers, out-of-square structure, badly set scrapers and anything else that is going to fail again.
What we need to quote a job
- Belt width, length and type, and ply count or rating
- Material conveyed and conditions: moisture, abrasiveness, temperature
- Current splice type and general conveyor condition
- Location, access conditions and available shutdown window
Coverage
We operate from Santo Domingo and Santiago de los Caballeros, with nationwide reach. Visits are scheduled according to crew availability and the customer's shutdown window.

Technical and commercial support
The support that holds up the supply before and after delivery.
Technical selection support
Cross-brand equivalents, selection by load and speed, and a recommendation for the equipment's real application rather than the catalogue one.
Industrial spare parts supply
Stock at two branches backed by eleven represented brands, and tracking of each customer's critical references.
Operational continuity support
Support for fleets, plants and mining operations where downtime costs more per hour than the spare part does.
Have a belt to repair or a conveyor to review?
Tell us what is happening, with the equipment data. A technical advisor reviews the case and proposes the scope before a crew is dispatched.
