What data we collect
Only what you send us voluntarily. There are three routes and each collects its own:
- Quote form: contact and company name, email, phone, the description of what you need, the equipment or application, the sector, the brand, the urgency, the branch you are addressing and the language you wrote in. Also the page you came from, when the link says so.
- Careers form: name, email, phone, area of interest, preferred branch, previous experience, the message you write and your CV in PDF, if you choose to attach it.
- WhatsApp: if you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation lives in that service, which belongs to Meta and has its own terms. We only see the messages you send us.

What we use it for
Solely to handle your request: preparing the quotation, asking the technical questions needed and following up commercially on that requirement. We do not use your data for any other purpose without asking you first.

Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer personal data. Your request reaches the sales team of the branch you selected by email. To send that email we use a transactional email provider, acting solely as the technical intermediary for delivery. We may disclose information if a competent authority requires it under the law.

How long we keep it
A quote request is kept for as long as the commercial relationship arising from it lasts, and for the period in which it may be needed to handle claims or meet legal and accounting obligations; after that it is deleted or anonymised. Job applications and CVs are kept for twelve months, so we can consider you for future openings, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights
Law 172-13 gives you the right to access your data, correct it where inaccurate, request its deletion and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw at any time the consent given when submitting the form, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before then. To exercise any of these rights, write to us.

Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and the fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading a page does not send your IP address to third parties. We do measure traffic with Google Analytics 4, and only if you allow it: on your first visit a notice appears with two options of equal weight, and until you choose, no Google file is loaded and nothing is recorded. If you accept, Analytics sets its cookies and collects browsing data with your IP address anonymised, so we can learn which pages get read and what people look for. Your decision is stored in your own browser and you can change it on this same page, under «Your decision about measurement».

Security
The site is served encrypted over HTTPS. The form includes measures against automated submission and usage limits per IP address. Even so, no internet transmission is completely foolproof: do not send information you consider sensitive or confidential through the form.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address, with its date. We suggest reviewing it whenever you send us a new request.

Write to info@rodacaribe.net setting out your request. If it concerns personal data, include the name and email address you used to contact us, so we can locate the information.
